Ganderbal: Forest department Ganderbal seized passenger vehicle with illicit timber on Thursday in Panzin area of Kangan in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Reports said that forest department Ganderbal, headed by Range Officer Mansbal Ali Mohd along with concerned Territorial staff during Monday seized a Sumo without number plate loaded with illicit Timber 4 logs of Deodar 48.30Cfts at Panzin Kangan.
Range officer Mansbal Ali Mohd told Kashmir Life that Smugglers managed to flee from the spot however the illicit timber along with vehicle without number plate was seized.
