SRINAGAR: Twin sisters from a remote south Kashmir village have cracked the NEET in the very first attempt, reports appearing in the media said.
Identified as Syed Tabia and Syed Bisma, they are daughters of Syed Sajad, who leads the prayers in his Watoo village in Kulgam. The sisters were studying in a Srinagar coaching centre. Their father and the sisters insisted that proper coaching was the key reason that they could make it. They scored 625 and 570 marks.
Yet another report said another set of twin sisters – this one from Srinagar – have also cracked the examination. They were identified as Rutba Bashir and Tooba Bashir, residents of Srinagar’s main city, the Shehr-e-Khas. No more details were immediately available.
The scores of the twin sisters were not immediately known.
