SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has revealed the date for the civil services prelims exam, as part of its exam calendar for September and October 2023.

According to an announcement, the JKPSC civil services preliminary exam for 2023 is scheduled for October 15. However, the exact session and timing of the examination will be communicated separately here.

JKPSC has also provided dates for other upcoming exams.

The AP commerce, fine arts music and language, industrial chemistry, renewable energy, Dogri, mathematics, and physics exams in the higher education department are set for September 10.

The excise and taxation exams for part 1, part 2, and part 3 departments in 2023 will be conducted by JKPSC on September 20.

The civil judge (junior division) munsiff prelim exams will be held on October 8.

Furthermore, several other examinations at the Government College of Engineering and Technology, including AP applied sciences and humanities, mathematics, biomedical engineering, biotechnology engineering, and food engineering and technology, are scheduled for October 22.

JKPSC has sternly stated that candidates who misrepresent or conceal material facts relevant to their eligibility will face rejection at any stage of the selection process.

“Only those candidates, JKPSC said, should appear in the exam who fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed for the post. The candidature of all those applicants will be rejected at any stage of the process of selection, who are found to have misrepresented or concealed the material facts having a bearing on their eligibility,” JKPSC said.
