In Kashmir, Darul Khair Extends Aid to Warwan Fire Victims

   

SRINAGAR: In a show of compassion and solidarity, Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has provided Rs 10 lakh in financial aid to families affected by a devastating fire in Warwan, Kishtwar district. The fire, which struck approximately two months ago, caused extensive damage to homes and properties, leaving many families in desperate need of assistance.

The cheque was handed over to Advocate Babar, representing the NGO Ababeel , which has been actively engaged in the rehabilitation of the victims. The delegation from Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil personally delivered the aid, reinforcing the organisation’s ongoing commitment to supporting those in distress.

Expressing his sorrow over the tragedy, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq stated, “In times of such calamity, it is our duty to stand by our brothers and sisters and extend all possible help. We hope that this contribution will bring some relief to the affected families and help them recover from this tragic event.”
