The armies of both India and Pakistan on Tuesday exchanged gunfire and shelling in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.

Reports said that the firing between the armies started early this morning for hours in Gulpur and Khari Karmara areas along Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district.

During the hours of firing, there were no immediate reports of any causality on either side. Earlier, the official claimed of ceasefire from another side which accordingly was retaliated by the Indian army.
