SRINAGAR: The armies of India and Pakistan on Wednesday exchanged fire along the Line of Control in Gurez sector of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
An official said that the Pakistan army opened fire along LoC in Gurez sector of Bandipora.
“The soldiers manning the fence also responded the fire strongly,” he said. However, there were no immediate reports of any damage from either side, he added.
When last reports came in the firing was going on.
