Stating that India is using “deceptive diplomacy” to release international pressure and kill time, Jammu Kashmir National Front Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan Friday said that Pakistan must stick to its present Kashmir policy “as it goes with the sentiments of Kashmiri people who are exhibiting commitment despite every kind of oppression and suppression on part of India”.

According to a statement issued to KNS, welcoming Pakistan’s decision to cancel the Common Wealth Speakers’ Conference, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said, “Islamabad has done a great service to Kashmir cause by not inviting the so called speaker of the so called Jammu Kashmir Assembly.”

“Whenever India faces pressure to resolve Kashmir dispute it resorts to misleading diplomacy and indulges into creating scenes only to buy time,” he said.

“This Indian deceptive diplomacy has too lost its relevance now as the whole world has come to know that New Delhi is not sincere in resolving issues,” Nayeem Ahmad Khan said adding, “however, the steadfastness of Kashmiri people and pro-Kashmir policy of Pakistan can together unveil the real Indian imperialistic face.”

“Unresolved Kashmir dispute is such a blot on the face of India which will never allow her to play any role on the international level. The road to India’s international role passes through Kashmir,” he added.

He further added that whenever New Delhi will try to engage herself on any international level, it will find Kashmir dispute in its way. “New Delhi will never get the permanent seat of UNSC unless it recognizes the resolutions passed by the international forum about Kashmir dispute and implement them in letter and spirit,” Nayeem Khan said adding “India has to acknowledge the historical facts of Kashmir dispute and agree to resolve it according to the wishes and aspirations of the people.”

Terming the present phase as important and decisive, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that he will apprise Pakistan’s NSA Sartaj Aziz about the details during the upcoming meeting with the later in New Delhi. “I will surely explain Sartaj Aziz how important the sticking of Pakistan on its national policy about Kashmir is and how it helps not only Kashmiris but Pakistan as well,” Nayeem Ahmad Khan said.
