Accusing India of treating Kashmir as it’s colony, Chief Patron Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA) Muhammad Azam Inqilabi Sunday in a statement said India’s Kashmir policy is based on “hypocrisy and political deceit.”

“India talks of peace with Pakistan and solving Kashmir issue peacefully, but on other Indian leaders with imperialist mindset want to further their military occupation using cultural and religious aggression,” he said.

Asking environmental experts to take serious note of extending Amarnath Yatra, Inquilabi asked them to aware people about its fallout.

“We are not against Amarnath pilgrimage. It was a simple religious activity. But Delhi darbar politicized the pilgrimage so as to browbeat Kashmiris,” he said while adding that,  “We don’t recognize so called Amarnath Shrine Board.”

Terming approach of India insensitive towards Kashmir, Inquilabi said,“Indian leaders don’t understand the sensitive Kashmir situation,” adding neither they take the fragile environment here into consideration.”
