Indian army officials Monday claimed that Pakistan army resorted to mortar shelling and firing Sunday in yet another incident of ceasefire violation along LoC in Poonch district.
Officials said Pakistan fired 60 mm mortar shells in the latest round cross border flare-up taking the total number of ceasefire violations till this time of the year 2015 to 52.
“The incidents took place at around 7 pm yesterday at Balakote area in Poonch sector, they added. No reports of causalities came so far.
