An unidentified militant was killed on Sunday as Army foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Srinagar based defence spokesperson Col Rajesh Kalia said an infiltration bid has been foiled along the LoC in Kasturi Naar in Baramulla.
He said one militant has been killed in the gunfight.
A search operation is currently on in the area, he added.
