More than 60 people have sustained injuries during clashes that erupted between forces and protesters at Kakapora, in Pulwama district on Thursday.
The clashes erupted after three LeT militants were killed in a gunfight in the same area.
Reports said that 60 persons have been injured during clashes and were brought to the public health centre Kakapora.
They said that 16 injured were referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment. They added that those referred to Srinagar were having multiple pellet injuries.
