Srinagar
The internet services were restored on Thursday evening in Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir after remaining suspended for a day.
The services were snapped today early morning soon after a civilian was killed in Bhagwanpora Noorbagh area of Srinagar. The internet services were also snapped in Budgam and Islamabad district of Kashmir due to the encounters.
A civilian identified as Saleem Malik, a resident of Bhagwan Pora Qamarwari area of Srinagar was killed during a Cordon and Search Operation in the area today early morning. Malik was later buried at Eidgah Srinagar amid clashes between the youth and government forces.
