Amid- call for Islamabad Chalo by the Joint Resistance Leadership, authorities have sealed all entry and exit points of district Islamabad while imposing restrictions in Srinagar parts.
The district magistrate Islamabad has said that ” strict restrictions would be in while district to prevent the breach of peace and loss of lives in view of the prevailing law and order situation.”
According to our local correspondent, both padestrian and vehicular movement has been put to halt and nobody is allowed to move by the heavy deployment of government forces.
The movement on Srinagar Islamabad highway has also been restricted.
Besides the road connectivity, the train services has also been suspended for the day.
An official of railway said that “acting on the advisory of police, we have suspended all trail runs in the valley as part of security measures.”
Pertinent to mention JRL has called for Islambad Chalo on Friday.
