SRINAGAR: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah on Friday while reacting to the resignation of Syed Basharat Bukhari from the party, said that it was not going to happen.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Omar wrote: “It wasn’t to be. I wish Basharat all the best for where ever his political journey takes him next.”

Earlier, senior leader and former law minister Syed Basharat Bukhari resigned from the National Conference.
