SRINAGAR: Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST) is inviting applications for the post of Contractual Assistant Professor Positions for Teaching, Research, and Academic Activities.
The commencement for the submission of forms has already started and the last date for submission of online applications is May 28, 2023.
Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree with 55 percent marks (50 percent in case of SC/ST/OBC) or an equivalent grade in a point- scale wherever the grading system is followed in History / Political Science / International Relations/Language/Literature or an equivalent degree in relevant/allied subjects.
The candidate must have areas of research in Linguistics/Sociology/Anthropology/Ethnography/Language/Literature.
The candidates will be selected on academic merit as well as an interview in a ratio of 50:50.
The salary administered is 45,000-50,000 INR per month.
