Sad news at midnight. Former Jammu & Kashmir Governor Jagmohan passes away. He was a civil servant before becoming Lt. Governor of Delhi and Goa. He was awarded Padma Vibhushan in 2016. For me he was the saviour of Kashmiri Pandits who met ethnic cleansing in 1990. In mourning. pic.twitter.com/nh23cC26PW
