SRINAGAR: JamKash Vehicleades, the third major Maruti car seller in India, on Saturday launched the Maruti Suzuki’s SUV Brezza which is an upgrade over the earlier model and is techy with a basket of cutting-edge technologies.

JamKash Vehicleades, India’s third major Maruti retailer, launched the Brezza, an upgraded SUV in Srinagar on July 16, 2022.

Syed Shafat Hussain Rufai, a JK Bank President, and Riyaz Ahmad Wani, Cluster Head, joined Irfan Ahmad Narwaroo to formally launch the new SUV.

The new Brezza is loaded with hi-tech features and a new exterior design. Irfan said the new SUV is “conceptualized, designed and developed in India”. The earlier Brezza is driven by around 750 thousand people in India.

The change in the new Brezza include raised front hood, and skid plates; new dual-LED Projector headlamps with Crystal block DRLs, unique rear signature LED Tail lamps, precision-cut alloy wheels, urban feel, asymmetric wrap-around driver-centric interior design theme with silver finish on the instrument panel, layered dashboard design for a heightened sense of quality, ambient interior lighting, wider instrument panel and rear seats, and leather-wrapped flat bottom tilt.

The technology intervention includes an electric sunroof, 22.86cm SmartPlay Pro+ Infotainment system with HD display that offers an intuitive user interface with advanced Voice Assist to offer a seamless connected driving experience to customers, Qi-certified Wireless Charging Dock with LED indicator, the device-left alert system, 360 view camera with an immersive view of the driving space, an in-built telematics solution. The car has six airbags and more than 20 safety features like reverse parking sensors, a high-speed alert system, ISOFIX child seat restraint system.

The SUV is available in six variants starting from Rs 8.50 lakh to Rs 14.55 lakh on road. “The response is good,” one company official said. “In one week, we had more than 60 bookings.”

It has a 1462 CC engine and the company said its variants offer a mileage of 19 to 20 km a litre of fuel.

In another function, its sister concern, Jamkash Suzuki unveiled the bike Vstrom- SX. Aawan Ahmad Narwaroo, its Director said the launch marks their entry into the 250cc adventure sports segment.
