SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir General Administration Department shifted 35 JKAS officers with immediate effect. Here is the list of transfers:
Pawan Development Kumar, JKAS, previously serving as Commissioner, Additional Rajouri District, with an additional charge of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department.
Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, JKAS, who held the position of Special Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, is now designated as Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri. Additionally, he will assume the responsibilities of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri, alongside his new role, until further notice.
Basharat Hussain, JKAS, previously serving as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Rajouri.
Shokat Mehmood, JKAS, who served as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Rajouri, is now transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kathua.
Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, JKAS, who previously served as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri, on a deputation basis.
Rajinder Singh, JKAS, formerly Additional District Development Commissioner, Samba, is now transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Udha mpur.
Anu Behl, JKAS, who held the position of Special Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.
Ankur Mahajan, JKAS, previously serving as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, Cluster University, Jammu, on a deputation basis.
Ghan Shyam Singh, JKAS, former Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, has been transferred and appointed as Member Secretary, J\K Pollution Control Committee.
Surender Mohan Sharma, JKAS, who served as Special Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, is now transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua.
Champa Devi, JKAS, previously Additional Registrar, Cooperatives, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Samba.

Ashok Kumar, JKAS, who held the position of Joint Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu.
Minakshi Vaid, JKAS, former Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu, is now transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.
