SRINAGAR: A 45-year-old fell into a well in the Tangmarg area of Baramulla district on Thursday afternoon.
Quoting an official, Kashmir Scroll reported that Bashir Ahmad Rather, son of Ghulam Mohammad, resident of Dhobiwan Barzulla in Kunzer Tangmarg fell into a well while cleaning it.
“Soon as the news spread, the family alongside locals launched a rescue operation to bring the man out of the well. The rescue operation was later on joined by Police and other departments,” official said.
The rescue operation was going on, when this report was being filed.
