Following the grenade blast in Jammu that resulted in the death of two persons and left many others injured on Thursday, Jammu police appealed business establishments to install CCTV cameras in the city to keep it safe.

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), MK Sinha appealed the shopkeepers to help them in taking early action in installing as many CCTV cameras in the city.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, IGP wrote, “Appeal to all market associations in Jammu city. Help Jammu Police in keeping your city safe. Install as many CCTV cameras looking out from your shops and establishments as possible. Early action would be very helpful.”
