SRINAGAR: At least eleven people, including an eight-day-old infant, were injured after a passenger mini bus met with an accident at Muradpur Bathuni area of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
Officials said that the mini bus was on its way from Rajouri to Doongi Keri when it met with the accident under unknown circumstances.
Soon after the incident, locals and rescue teams rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri for treatment, they said.
All injured persons are undergoing treatment, while the condition of some is being closely monitored.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident. (KNC)
