Jammu Kashmir: ACB Catches Forester, Guard Red-Handed in Bribery Case

   

SRINAGAR: In a swift anti-corruption operation, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) apprehended a forester and a forest guard red-handed while allegedly accepting a bribe in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.

Authorities stated that details regarding the bribe amount and the circumstances leading to the arrests are being finalised and will be released shortly.

The ACB has launched a further investigation into the matter, and both accused are likely to be produced before the competent court.

Officials have said that strict action will be taken against anyone found involved in corruption. (KNC)
