SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited has appointed Chartered Accountant Rajeev Gupta as an Additional Director in the category of Rotational Directors on its Board, with effect from September 23, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the bank’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 22 and remains subject to approval by the shareholders.
Gupta, who holds Director Identification Number (DIN) 08316212, has more than 33 years of professional experience spanning accounting and auditing, financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, budgeting and cash-flow analysis.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in May 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Gupta is associated with Rajeev Kuldip & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jammu. He has also served as an Executive Director in other companies.
