On April 28, thundershower activity is likely at a few locations, particularly in the Kashmir region, during the afternoon and evening hours.

Between April 29 and 30, weather is expected to remain largely stable across the Union Territory, although isolated spells of rain or thundershowers cannot be ruled out.

From May 01 to 02, mostly fine weather conditions are anticipated. However, brief thundershower activity may occur at isolated places, especially in higher reaches, during late afternoon or evening hours.

During May 03 to 04, a Western Disturbance is likely to influence the region, bringing spells of rain and thundershowers to several parts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Weather observers note that no significant adverse weather system is expected in the immediate period, apart from short-duration isolated activity, ahead of the incoming Western Disturbance in early May.

Meanwhile, authorities have advised the public to stay updated with official forecasts and take necessary precautions amid changing weather conditions.
