SRINAGAR: The Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (JMIC), Pampore, has directed three individuals found in a drunken state in Ladhoo area of Pampore to perform community service by cleaning the Court Complex.
A police spokesperson in a statement said, “The individuals were apprehended by Awantipora Police and later produced before the court, which ordered cleaning duties within the court premises as part of their sentence—aiming to promote civic responsibility and accountability.”
“Such actions not only act as a deterrent but also instil a sense of civic responsibility,” police said.
