SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has ordered the transfer and posting of 10 Assistant Accounts Officers (AAOs) with immediate effect, partially modifying an earlier transfer order issued on June 6, 2026.
According to Order No. 109-Acctts of 2026, dated July 20, 2026, the changes have been made in the interest of administration and partially modify Order No. 90-Acctts of 2026 dated June 6, 2026. The order has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
Under the revised postings, Ramnesh Sharma, who had earlier been transferred to the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board, has now been posted as Assistant Accounts Officer at the Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute, Jammu.
Manohar Sumbria, previously transferred to the Labour and Employment Department, has been posted in the Sewerage and Drainage Division, Jammu, while Rifat Sultan, who had been transferred to Local Fund Audit and Pensions, Kashmir, has been posted in JK PCC Ltd., Srinagar.
Navjot Jamwal, earlier transferred to the Sewerage and Drainage Division, Jammu, has now been posted in the Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu.
The department has also posted Nisar Ahmad Shah, earlier transferred to the Mechanical Irrigation Division, Baramulla, to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Baramulla.
Similarly, Rai Jatinder, who had been transferred to the R and B Division, Ramnagar, has been posted in the Office of the Chief Pay and Accounts Officer, PDC Chanderkote.
Pardeep Kumar, earlier transferred to the Mechanical Irrigation Construction Division, Jammu, has been posted in the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Jammu.
The order further posts Jugal Singh, who had been transferred to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Doda, to the Block Development Office, Marmat, Doda.
Tabraiz Sadiq, who had been shown transferred to the PMGSY Division, Bhadarwah, has now been posted in the Electric Division, Doda.
Meanwhile, Satnam Singh, who had earlier been transferred to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Mechanical and Hospital Division, Udhampur, has now been transferred and posted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Mechanical and Hospital Division, Jammu.
The Finance Department said the revised transfers and postings take effect immediately.
