SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the transfer and posting of 10 Private Secretaries with immediate effect, according to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD).
Under the order, Mehraj-ud-Din Rather has been shifted from the Transport Department to the Tourism Department, where he will work with the Administrative Secretary.
Baby Shabnum, transferred from the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been directed to await further posting in the GAD.
Munish Gupta has been moved from the Agriculture Production Department to the Department of Public Grievances, while Mohinder Paul Singh has been transferred from the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat at Lok Bhavan to the Health and Medical Education Department. Both will work with the respective Administrative Secretaries.
Arshad Ahmad, who was awaiting an adjustment in the GAD, has been posted with the Commissioner of Enquiries, Jammu and Kashmir.
Vimal Sharma has been shifted from the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat at Lok Bhavan to the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, while Rakesh Kumar Sharma has been transferred from the latter department to the qTransport Department. Both will work with the respective Administrative Secretaries.
Sajad Ahmad Sheikh has been transferred from the Tourism Department to the Agriculture Production Department, while Server Ahmad Jan has been moved from the Health and Medical Education Department to the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department. Both will work with the respective Administrative Secretaries.
Naseer Ahmad, Private Secretary in the HoD cadre, has been transferred from the Social Welfare Department to the Youth Services and Sports Department, where he will work with the Administrative Secretary.
The order states that all 10 officers shall be deemed to have been relieved from their existing places of posting.
