SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued a roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar during November 2026, with designated officers assigned duties in four weekly slots from November 2 to 27.
The roster was issued through Government Order No. 1681-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated October 27, by the General Administration Department (GAD).
According to the order, Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, and Zubair Ahmad, Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, will be available from November 2 to 6.
For the November 9–13 period, Anil Kumar Singh, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works Department, and Shabnam Kamm, Administrative Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department, have been assigned the roster.
Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, and the Administrative Secretary of the Health and Medical Education Department, as named in the order, will cover November 16–20.
