SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department has nominated Deep Novel Kour, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, as the department’s Nodal Officer for matters relating to the integration of Union Territory data with the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) and online services.
According to Government Order No. 251-JK(Edu) of 2026, the appointment has been made in supersession of all previous orders issued on the subject.
The order authorises Deep Novel Kour to oversee matters related to the sharing of databases and the fields captured in those databases for integration of the Union Territory’s data with NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. She will also coordinate issues concerning the department’s online services.
