SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the General Administration Department (GAD), has ordered the deputation of 37 Junior Secretariat Assistants of the JK Secretariat (Subordinate) Service for a structured training programme at the JK Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD), Srinagar and Jammu.
As per Government Order No. 874-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated 07.05.2026, the officials have been deputed for the JK Secretariat Assistants Training Course for a period of two months from May 11, 2026 to July 9, 2026. The training will be conducted at IMPARD campuses in Srinagar and Jammu as indicated against each official in the annexure.
The order states that the salary of the deputed officials shall continue to be drawn from their respective departments and offices, subject to production of attendance certificates from IMPARD.
It further directs that all officials shall be deemed relieved with effect from the forenoon of May 11, 2026 and must report to IMPARD at 10:00 AM on the same day for the commencement of the training programme.
The government has instructed all concerned departments to ensure strict compliance with the order.
