SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sanctioned two days of Special Casual Leave for PM Package, migrant and Jammu-based employees posted in various departments across the Kashmir Division to celebrate Diwali in Jammu.
An order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) grants the leave for November 7 (Saturday) and November 9 (Monday), 2026.
The order states that the special leave has been approved for employees covered under the PM Package, migrant employees and Jammu-based staff serving in different government departments in the Kashmir Division.
The employees will be able to avail themselves of the leave to celebrate Diwali with their families in Jammu.
