SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued the roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, during October 2026.
As per Government Order No. 1573-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department on September 25, the roster has been divided into four periods during the month.
From October 5 to 9, M. Raju, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, and Zubair Ahmad, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, have been assigned the roster.
From October 12 to 16, Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner/Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, and Ram Niwas Sharma, Commissioner/Secretary, School Education Department, will remain available.
For the period October 19 to 23, the roster includes Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner/Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, and Avny Lavasa, Secretary, Transport Department.
From October 26 to 30, the roster will be handled by Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Dil Kumar Singh of the Public Works (R&B) Department and Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department.
The order has been circulated to senior government officers, Deputy Commissioners, heads of departments, public sector undertakings, the J&K Police, Legislative Assembly and other concerned offices.
