SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday issued the official roster specifying the presence of Administrative Secretaries at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, for November 2025.
According to a government order, senior officers from various departments will attend office at the Civil Secretariat on a rotational basis throughout the month to ensure effective administrative functioning.
As per the schedule, Anil Kumar Singh, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Public Works (Roads and Buildings) Department, and Mohammad Aijaz, IAS, Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, will be present from November 3 to 7.
From November 10 to 14, Shantmanu, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Higher Education Department, and Naveen SL, IAS, Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, will attend office at the Secretariat.
Between November 17 and 21, Shailendra Kumar, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Agriculture Production Department, and Dr Piyush Singla, IAS, Secretary, Information Technology Department, will be available at the Secretariat.
For the final week, from November 24 to 28, Dr Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Tourism Department, and Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS, Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, will be stationed at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
The order said the roster was issued to ensure smooth administrative functioning and timely redressal of public and departmental matters.
