SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu Kashmir has launched Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 to encourage pensioners across the Union Territory to adopt digital modes of life certification through the Jeevan Pramaan and Aadhaar Face RD mobile applications.
The campaign, launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, aims to make the pension certification process simpler, faster, and more accessible. It seeks to eliminate the need for pensioners to physically visit treasuries or banks for verification, thereby promoting convenience and transparency.
Officials said the initiative is part of the government’s continued efforts to expand digital governance and ease of living for senior citizens and government pensioners. (KDC)
