Jammu Kashmir Govt Orders IMPARD Training for Junior Secretariat Assistants

   

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has deputed five Junior Secretariat Assistants of the JK Secretariat (Subordinate) Service to undergo a two-month Secretariat Assistants Training Course at the JK Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD), Jammu and Srinagar.

The deputation has been ordered under Government Order No. 1233-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated July 22, issued by the General Administration Department.

According to the order, the training programme will run from August 3 to October 1, 2026. All deputed officials have been directed to report to their respective IMPARD campuses at 10 a.m. on August 3 and will be deemed to have been relieved from their present postings from the forenoon of the same day.

The officials selected for the programme are Mohd Rafiq from the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, who will attend the training at the Jammu campus; Rameez Ahmad Ahanger of the General Administration Department, Danish Farooq Ahmed of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Abida Ashraf of the Higher Education Department and Aasif Altaf of the Department of Public Grievances, all of whom have been deputed to the Srinagar campus.

The order states that the salaries of the trainees will continue to be drawn by their respective departments and offices upon production of attendance certificates issued by IMPARD.

The deputed officials have been instructed to remain present throughout the training period and comply with the programme schedule.
