SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has regularised the services of two In-Charge Junior Scale Accounts Officers as Junior Scale Accounts Officers, with effect from dates ranging between 2020 and 2021.
The sanction was accorded by the Finance Department through Government Order No. 291-F of 2026, dated September 14, following recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and the JK Public Service Commission.
According to the order, Mohinder Singh has been regularised with effect from April 11, 2020, while Syed Mehraj-Ud-Din has been regularised from May 14, 2021.
The regularisation has been approved in the pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs 9,300-34,800 with a Grade Pay of Rs 4,800.
The order was issued on the basis of JK PSC communication No. JKPSC-DPC/61/2026-05 (7945242), dated August 17, 2026.
