SRINAGAR: A man died while his wife sustained critical injuries after an Alto car met with an accident in Tralla Gujjaran area of Rajouri district in Jammu Kashmir on Wednesday.
Officials said that the vehicle, bearing registration number JK11-0890, skidded off the road, resulting in fatal injuries to the driver, identified as Abdul Majeed, 50, son of Mohammad Shafi, resident of Kalal Kass Mohra Darra.
He was declared brought dead at GMC Rajouri and shifted to the mortuary, they said.
His wife, 45-year-old, who was travelling with him, suffered serious injuries and is undergoing treatment at GMC Rajouri. (KNC)
