Jammu Kashmir: PDD Assigns Addl Charges To 9 Incharge XENs, One SE

   

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned the additional charge of vacant posts of Superintending Engineers (SEs) to nine officers of the Power Development Department (PDD) and its power utilities.

The orders, issued through Government Order No. 190-JK(PDD) of 2026 dated September 10, stated that the officers will hold the additional charge alongside their existing duties until further orders or until the posts are filled on a regular basis by the competent authority.

Miss Bilquise Draboo, presently I/c Executive Engineer at STD-II, KPDCL, Srinagar, has been given additional charge of SE, O&M Circle-II, KPDCL, Srinagar.

Rajesh Sharma, I/c Executive Engineer, ED-Doda, JPDCL, has been assigned charge of SE, O&M Circle Batote, JPDCL, while Rohit Bhagotra, I/c Executive Engineer, IT&C Division, JPDCL, will additionally look after SE, O&M Circle Kathua, JPDCL.

Zahoor Ahmad Rather, I/c Executive Engineer, ED-Sumbal, KPDCL, has been assigned charge of SE, O&M Circle Sopore, KPDCL, and Qaiser Khalil Qadri, I/c Executive Engineer, STD-Bijbehara, KPDCL, will additionally hold charge of SE, O&M Circle Pulwama, KPDCL.

Ghulam Nabi Mir, I/c Executive Engineer, Division-I, JKPCI Kashmir, has been given additional charge of SE, Procurement Circle, KPDCL, Kashmir, while Malik Habib Ahmad, I/c Executive Engineer, Electrical Inspection Division, Kashmir, will hold charge of SE, O&M Circle-I, KPDCL, Kashmir.

Sardari Lal, I/c Executive Engineer, ED-II, JPDCL, Jammu, has been assigned charge of SE, Planning Circle, JPDCL, Jammu.

Anil Abrol, I/c Executive Engineer, TLMD-II, Gladini, JKPTCL, has been assigned the additional responsibility of Technical Officer to the Managing Director, JPDCL, Jammu.

Separately, Samir Sharma, I/c Superintending Engineer, Project Circle-I, JPDCL, Jammu, has been directed to look after the charge of SE, Project Circle-II, JPDCL, Jammu, in addition to his existing duties until further orders.

The order was issued in the interest of administration and to ensure the smooth functioning of official work.
