In a post on X, Jammu Kashmir Police, said that the property was attached on the directions of DGP Nalin Prabhat.

“Nalin Prabhat, DGP, orders the attachment of the property of Pakistani agent and terrorist, Mian Qayoom,” police said.

Mian Qayoom was arrested in the high-profile murder case of Advocate Babar Qadri — a vocal critique of the Kashmir Bar Association platform—who was tragically murdered on September 24, 2020, at his residence in Zahidpora, Srinagar.

He was shot by assailants disguised as clients, immediately after he had returned from court.
