SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has rescheduled the holiday for Shab-i-Qadr to March 28, 2025 (Friday).
As per an official order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), the change has been made in partial modification of Government Order No. 2193-JK(GAD) of 2024 and Government Order No. 2194-JK(GAD) of 2024, both dated December 29, 2024.
The order states that the holiday on account of Shab-i-Qadr will now be observed on March 28, instead of March 27, in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
