SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Wednesday ordered the transfer and posting of three Principals in the School Education Department with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 368-JK (Edu) of 2026, dated September 9, Mohd Iqbal Shah, DEPO Kupwara, who was holding additional charge as Deputy Chief Education Officer (Dy CEO), Kupwara, has been transferred and posted as Principal, Higher Secondary School (HSS) Teetwal, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Mustafa Bhat, Principal, Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Sogam, has been attached with the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, until further orders.
Meanwhile, Mushtaq Ahmad Mureed, Principal, Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Sogam, has been directed to look after the charge of Principal, GHSS Sogam, in addition to his own duties, until further orders.
