JAMMU: In a significant relief for travellers, Civil Aviation authorities have approved the launch of a morning flight from Jammu to Srinagar starting April 1.

“In response to a common complaint, mostly from government officers and businessmen, that there was no morning air flight from Jammu to Srinagar, as a result of which, it often became difficult for them to fly to and for, and return the same day. a proposal was made to the Civil Aviation authorities, who have agreed to start, from 1st April 2025, a regular daily air flight from Jammu to Srinagar at 10 am in the morning,” Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh posted on X.
