SRINAGAR: Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a militant of Jaish-e-Mohammad in Goripora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

A Police spokesman in a statement said that a militant associated with JeM outfit was arrested during a routine checking at Naka.
He identified arrested militant as Tariq Ahmad Bhat son Ab.Hameed Bhat Resident of Hanji Gund, Chadoora.
From his possession 01 Pistol and two magazines were recovered, said the police.
