SRINAGAR: The administration in Jammu and Kashmir has appointed two media consultants to the Lt Governor Manoj Sinha. The orders issued on October 28 were published on the GAD website.
As per the order, Yalish Yadav would be Senior Media Consultant and Dr Dushyant Kumar Rai as Media Consultant. Both will be working in the Information Department on nomination basis to assist the Lt Governor.
Yadav has been given a status of additional secretary with a salary of Rs 1.50 lakh, a month as Rai would be in the rank of Deputy Secretary with a package of Rs 80,000, the order reveals. Their contractual appointment is co-terminus with the LG’s tenure.
