In order to formulate an effective customer grievances redressal mechanism, Bankers Customer Service Centre (BCSC) Srinagar Tuesday held its 29th review meeting at J&K Bank Corporate Headquarters.

J&K Bank Executive President O P Sharma presided over the meeting attended by representatives of almost all the member Banks including SBI, Dena Bank, Syndicate Bank, Ellaquai Dehati Bank, Bank Of Baroda, Indian Overseas Bank, OBC, Vijay Bank, B.M.Co-operative Bank, Indusland bank, Allahabad Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, P&S Bank, UBI, Bank Of India and Canara bank.

J&K Bank President Mohammad Amin and Vice President Ishtiaq Fida were also present in the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, O P Sharma said that various channels of communication would be opened for the benefit of the customers so that they have easy access to the centre for seeking swift redressal of their grievances.

The participants also deliberated upon steps to fast-track redressal of customer grievances.
