J&K Bank

J&K Bank Monday formally threw open the renovated premises of its business unit Lal Mandi for public amid a gathering of valuable clients, senior citizens, government employees, traders and local residents.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman said, “In the continuous process of striking balance between growth and consolidation of our business within and outside the state, we remain conscious of the convenience of our valuable customers at all our delivery points.”

“Besides providing world class services and products to our customers, we are trying to ensure that they have a richer experience of banking with us. And a spacious and welcoming ambience is part of that experience,” he said.

“Continuing with our expansion plan many more business units will be opened besides commissioning of scores of ATMs across the state in the next six months,” he added.

Notably, the business unit had suffered extensive damage during floods last year. However, the business operations were carried on while revamping the two-storied building completely to make it more customer-friendly and aesthetic in its internal structure, a company statement said this evening.

Shortly after the inauguration, a group of valuable customers met the Chairman and expressed gratitude towards the bank for providing them better services. The group lauded the staff for their dedication and friendly behaviour.

Chairman assured them of best customer service in future as well.
