J&K Bank informs its account holders that some fraudsters have been posing as J&K Bank officials over phone and in the name of updating personal information in the bank record are seeking their account details, particularly credit & debit card details and ebanking details.
According to the spokesman, the customers have been requested not to share their personal details like user Id, password, personal identification number (PIN), etc to anyone.
“J&K Bank does not ask for such details from its customers. Don’t respond to such phone calls,” he said
