SRINAGAR: MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed Ahmad on Monday staged a protest inside the central hall of the Legislative Assembly as Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha began his address. The legislator protested against the deaths that occurred in Baramulla and Kathua last month.
As soon as the LG began his address, Khursheed, carrying placards, demanded justice for the families of the two men killed in Baramulla and Kathua.
As he attempted to disrupt the proceedings, Marshals removed him from the House. (KNO)
