SRINAGAR: The General Administration Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Secretariat issued a Government Order on November 10, 2023, granting three days of Special Casual Leave on the 11th, 13th, and 14th of November 2023 for PM Package/Migrant/Jammu based employees working in the Kashmir Valley.
This leave is specifically designated for the celebration of the “Diwali” festival at Jammu.
