The Cabinet in its meeting chaired by Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today accorded sanction to the taking over of Rehmat-e-Alam Trust Hospital, Islamabad by the Health & Medical Education Department with all its assets & liabilities.
The hospital that was being run by an NGO was not doing well after its primary founder died a few years back. The locals finally approached government and sought its transfer that was finally approved by the cabinet on Monday.
